For Vertical Branding, Sharewell Group became an integral partner in establishing Customer Relationship Management strategies and implementation of those strategies. Sharewell designed and developed a custom blog for customer interaction with Vertical Branding for product support. Next our strategists recommended a website to cross-sell and upsell the line of Vertical Branding products to the existing customer-base. Our team of designers developed a stellar Web 2.0 website. We also recommended and implemented a full email deployment to establish a communication channel with existing customers and worked with Popular Media to integrate their viral strategies to increase the Vertical Branding brand awareness and product sales.
